The pathetic service from this company is astounding. This is a scam from start to finish. The 3rd party vendor who assured me that our internet usage would be well covered by their $59.99 mthly package has proven to be a lie. The speed we were assured..."as fast as and faster than most" is a load of crock. HughesNet would have trouble keeping up with a dial up. My usage sky rockets at particular times of the day...when I am maybe just writing a document - no downloads uploads games or movies. They tried to sell my a more expensive package. Then they tried to sell me tokens. Just started my 3rd month and in 2 days 40% of my data allowance has been "used". A joke.
